About CSF radiators

CSF build all-aluminium radiators that drop into the factory location and accept the original hoses, brackets, shroud and condenser, so the extra cooling comes without fabrication.

The gain comes from the core rather than from size alone: a dual row design with CSF's B-Tube construction and a high density louvred fin, which puts more surface area in front of the same airflow. On a car that climbs in temperature under load, towing or on track, that is what holds it steady.

Having a High-Performance Radiator also becomes very important when converting from a factory style top mount intercooler to a front mount intercooler system. Moving the intercooler in front of the radiator restricts airflow and increases the temperature of air flowing through it. These factors are often overlooked but you need to compensate for both air restriction and higher air temperatures flowing through the radiator. The best solution is to upgrade to a CSF High-Performance Radiator.

The CSF 42mm 2-Row Aluminium core is more than double the size of the OEM core. A thicker core, second cooling row, and increased fluid capacity drastically improves the amount of heat the system can absorb and dissipate. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximise airflow through the core for the best possible cooling performance.

The TIG-Welded 100% All Aluminium construction increases the overall strength of the radiator. This improves durability and longevity so you can be confident it will hold up to hard driving conditions. The CSF radiator mounts in the factory location and requires no modifications or cutting.
