We designed a sealed system to prevent the intake from drawing in heated air but balanced this requirement with the advantages of a dual air feed to reduce the overall pressure drop. The ducts take air from the OEM feeds and also feature secondary openings strategically positioned near the bonnet shuts. These openings tap into a consistently cold region of the engine bay, providing an additional source of cool air.
