Bilstein B8 front shock absorber for the Volkswagen Scirocco MK 3 2008-2017, for standard or lowered ride height.
About the Bilstein B8
The B8 is Bilstein's damper for vehicles running lowering springs. A shorter body and reduced stroke keep it working inside its correct travel on a car that sits lower than standard, which is what stops a lowered car crashing through its bump stops, and the valving is firmer to suit the stiffer springs.
Fit it only to a vehicle that is already lowered, or being lowered at the same time. At standard ride height it will run out of travel.

Prefer us to fit it? Tick “Have us fit it” or book a fitting date and we’ll do it in our Sydenham workshop. Suspension work finishes with a wheel alignment, so the vehicle leaves set up properly.
Warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty covers the parts, and we manage any claim for you. If they’re fitted elsewhere, we’ll need proof of fitting by a qualified workshop.

Can you fit it for me?
Yes. We fit what we sell in our Sydenham workshop. Tick “Have us fit it” when you order, or ask us for a fitting date.
Is it a special order?
Some brands are stocked locally and others are ordered in from overseas. If it’s a special order, we confirm the lead time when you order, and special orders are paid in full before we place them.
Will it affect my warranty?
The manufacturer’s warranty covers the part, and we manage any claim. If it’s fitted elsewhere, we’ll need proof it was fitted by a qualified workshop.
Can I return it?
Change-of-mind returns are only available on selected locally stocked brands, such as H&R and Bilstein: unopened and unfitted, within 30 days of delivery, with a 20% restocking fee and you covering return freight. Imported and special order parts can’t be returned for change of mind.
