Installation removes the stock OPFs or secondary set of catalytic converters on non-OPF vehicles.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen combined with the Slip-On Line (Titanium), it offers power and torque gains of 25.8 kW (35.0 hp) and 47.7 Nm, respectively, both at 5,150 rpm, when tested on the Akrapovic dyno against a BMW XM Label with an M exhaust system. A special X-connection – cast in the in-house foundry – allows gases from both sides of the engine to mix for an enhanced sporty sound.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFor OPF vehicles remapping the ECU is mandatory to prevent potential check engine light warning signals.
