Polyair Bellows Airbag Kit for the Nissan Navara D40 (standard height).
About the Polyair Bellows
Bellows are Polyair's airbag for leaf sprung vehicles, mounting between the chassis and the axle rather than inside a spring. Pressure adjusts from 5 to 100psi, which is a much wider range than an in-coil bag, so they carry more and level a heavier load.
Construction is two-ply fabric reinforced rubber with Zytel nylon end caps, and the kit includes an internal bump stop, valves, airline, fittings and mounting hardware.

A complete airbag kit for one vehicle: two air springs, two valves, airline, fittings, mounting hardware and instructions.

Fitted at Heasmans
Prefer us to fit it? Tick “Have us fit it” or book a fitting date and we’ll do it in our Sydenham workshop. Suspension work finishes with a wheel alignment, so the vehicle leaves set up properly.
Warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty covers the parts, and we manage any claim for you. If they’re fitted elsewhere, we’ll need proof of fitting by a qualified workshop.

Questions we get asked
Do I need new springs as well?
Some kits include springs and some are dampers only. The “What you receive” list on each product says which. If you want lift or carry extra weight, tell us the height and load and we’ll match the springs to the dampers.
Do I need an alignment afterwards?
Yes. Changing the ride height changes the alignment, so book one in after fitting. If we fit it, the alignment is done before you leave.
Will it affect my warranty?
The parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and we manage any claim for you. If they’re fitted elsewhere, we’ll need proof they were fitted by a qualified workshop.
What if I’m not sure which kit suits my car?

Can I return it?
Unopened, unfitted Bilstein and Polyair parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a 20% restocking fee and you covering return freight. Special order parts can’t be returned for change of mind.
