About CSF intercoolers

A CSF intercooler cools the charge air after the turbo, and cooler charge air means denser air and less heat soaked into the inlet. CSF build theirs in aluminium with a bar and plate or tube and fin core depending on the application, sized to the car rather than oversized for the look of it.

They fit in the factory location and use the original mounting points, so nothing has to be cut.

With the larger and more efficient intercooler performance, lower pressure drop, included fuel rail & kit for top feed port injection, and other industry-leading features, the CSF Level-Up Manifold allows S58 owners to maximise performance.

  • Perimeter pad machined into top of intake manifold for up to 3 additional sensors
  • Rear of the intake manifold has been clearance for easy access to the engine oil filter
  • CNC front wire harness bracket for OEM fitment and slotted easy installation
  • Upper crank case ventilation adapter and Lower crank case ventilation adapter
  • Integrated port injection with fuel rail (provided with block-off bungs if not running port injection)
  • Integrated nitrous ports (provided with block-off bungs if not running nitrous)
  • Integrated hose stand-offs for proper routing of EVAP hoses across manifold
  • Integrated coolant reservoir mounting locations on rear of manifold for perfect fitment
  • Various wire harness provisions for perfect routing of wiring harness around manifold
  • Integrated bleeder screw
  • OEM teeth on intake manifold flange for secure seating of gaskets

Will this fit my car?

Can you fit it for me?

Yes. We fit what we sell in our Sydenham workshop. Tick “Have us fit it” when you order, or ask us for a fitting date.

Is it a special order?

Some brands are stocked locally and others are ordered in from overseas. If it’s a special order, we confirm the lead time when you order, and special orders are paid in full before we place them.

Will it affect my warranty?

The manufacturer’s warranty covers the part, and we manage any claim. If it’s fitted elsewhere, we’ll need proof it was fitted by a qualified workshop.

Can I return it?

Change-of-mind returns are only available on selected locally stocked brands, such as H&R and Bilstein: unopened and unfitted, within 30 days of delivery, with a 20% restocking fee and you covering return freight. Imported and special order parts can’t be returned for change of mind.
