About CSF intercoolers
A CSF intercooler cools the charge air after the turbo, and cooler charge air means denser air and less heat soaked into the inlet. CSF build theirs in aluminium with a bar and plate or tube and fin core depending on the application, sized to the car rather than oversized for the look of it.
They fit in the factory location and use the original mounting points, so nothing has to be cut.
The GR Corolla is the hottest hot hatch on the market right now. Its 1.6L three-cylinder turbo motor shared with the GR Yaris is an engineering marvel and offers plenty of room for growth. Pairing that with the all-wheel-drive system, great suspension, and stiff chassis, you have one serious competitor.
The GR Corolla quickly took the tuning world by storm with aftermarket companies eager to support it. With tuning being readily available due to previous development on GR Yaris, there was a huge demand for a performance intercooler right from the get go. CSF teamed up with Jackson Racing to offer the most advanced and efficient intercooler on the market. Moto IQ recently conducted their independent testing on the intercooler and said it was “The BEST Performing Intercooler We’ve Ever Tested”.

Prefer us to fit it? Tick “Have us fit it” or book a fitting date and we’ll do it in our Sydenham workshop. Suspension work finishes with a wheel alignment, so the vehicle leaves set up properly.
Warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty covers the parts, and we manage any claim for you. If they’re fitted elsewhere, we’ll need proof of fitting by a qualified workshop.

Can you fit it for me?
Yes. We fit what we sell in our Sydenham workshop. Tick “Have us fit it” when you order, or ask us for a fitting date.
Is it a special order?
Some brands are stocked locally and others are ordered in from overseas. If it’s a special order, we confirm the lead time when you order, and special orders are paid in full before we place them.
Will it affect my warranty?
The manufacturer’s warranty covers the part, and we manage any claim. If it’s fitted elsewhere, we’ll need proof it was fitted by a qualified workshop.
Can I return it?
Change-of-mind returns are only available on selected locally stocked brands, such as H&R and Bilstein: unopened and unfitted, within 30 days of delivery, with a 20% restocking fee and you covering return freight. Imported and special order parts can’t be returned for change of mind.
